A small amount of your time can make an impact!
The Waterford School District
is recruiting volunteers ages 21 and older to
mentor students. Volunteers meet with students at (east once a week and mak:
a year long commitment to the student.
heryl and David Gutow of Franklin
are thrilled to announce the mar-
riage of their daughter Lisa Beth
to Gary R. Berman, son of Pam and Neville
Berman of Del Mar, Calif. Lisa is the grand-
daughter of Esther Weisberg and the late
Nathan Weisberg, the late Ruth E and the late
Benjamin R. Gutow.
The wedding took place at Franklin Hills
Country Club. The first part of their honey-
moon took place in Cabo St. Lucas, and they
are planning to take the second part in Paris
and South Africa. They will reside in Laguna
Beach, Calif.
Lisa is a graduate of Cranbrook Schools. Her bachelor's degree in communica-
tions is from Indiana University. She also holds a degree in interior design from
Harrington School of Design in Chicago. She has her own interior design firm in
Laguna Beach and does work nationally.
Gary graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., with a business
of science degree. He is a principal in the company Breathe Technologies, based
in Irvine, Calif.
