AARON LANKFORD, 29, of
Kalamazoo, died Dec. 13, 2011. He was
a technical researcher with an aviation
mechanical degree.
He is survived by his mother,
Robyn Palmer and her husband,
Harry Robins of Northville; father,
Blaine Lankford of Portage; sister,
Catherine Lankford of Chicago and
her fiance, Robert Kerr; special friend,
Sarah Graham; aunts and uncles,
Marcy Palmer Broder and Jeffrey
Broder, Judith Palmer, Linda Palmer
Amberg and Bernie Amberg, and Lucy
Lankford; cousins, Ryan Kass, Evan
Kass, Julie Polster, and Tony and Dr.
Susan Perkins.
Mr. Lankford was the beloved
grandson of the late Joyce Sheraga
Palmer and the late William B. Palmer,
and the late Walter and the late
Catherine Lankford; the loving neph-

Rochester, N.Y., died Dec. 13, 2011.
He is survived by his loving wife,

brother-in-law, Dr. Alvin and Maryann
Harris; many loving aunts, nieces and

Mr. Manello was the son of the late

Moses

ROBERT L. MOSES,
83, of Pontiac, died
Dec. 13, 2011.
He was the founder
of Household
Products Company,
which he ran as a
family business until
1985. He subsequent-

ly founded and ran Get 'n Go Mini
Marts, a chain of convenience stores
until his retirement five years ago.
Mr. Moses was an avid swimmer
and a daily fixture at the pool of the
Jewish Community Center for more
than 45 years. He was most at home
near the water, with his wife and any-
one who would come to visit. Whether
in business, at Sunday morning break-
fast surrounded by family or for years
with his wife and children at Elizabeth
Lake (where his family is still active),
he could be found leading his family
quietly by example.
Mr. Moses had a love of life which
he passed down to his children, their
spouses, grandchildren and countless
others through his motto of "Work
Hard, Play Hard." He was a role model
for every life that he touched.
Mr. Moses is survived by his wife
of 63 years, Gloria Moses; sons and
daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Carolyn
Moses of Berkley, Gordon Moses of
Arizona; daughter and son-in-law,
Sherri and George Glassman of Sylvan
Lake; son-in-law and daughter-in-law,
Steven and Kim Friedman; grandchil-
dren, Karl Moses, David Moses and
Rebecca Grant, Katey and Mitchell
Wagner, Daniel and Jonathan Moses,
Rachael, Michael and Jamie Glassman,
Justin, Bradley and Rich Friedman,
Rob, Brad and Julianne Botham; other
family members and friends.
He was the cherished father of the
late Cindy Friedman; the devoted son
of the late Adolph and the late Irene
Moses; the loving brother of the late
Virginia Leebove and the late Edwin
Moses; and the dear brother-in-law of
the late William Leebove and the late
Ramona Moses.
Interment was held at Clover Hill
Park Cemetery. Contributions may
be made to a charity of one's choice.

LEO RAMINICK , 82, of Southfield,
died Dec. 16, 2011.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Claire Raminick; sons and daughter-

law, Shelley and Ray Spaulding of
Farmington Hills, Shari and Howard
