Levi 60th

ith great gratitude to Hashem
and in honor of their 60th wed-
ding anniversary, the children
and grandchildren of Ruth and Benno Levi
of Oak Park hosted a family Shabbaton and
a community Shabbat Kiddush at Young
Israel of Southfield. The weekend culmi-
nated with the marriage of Regina Tovbin,
Ruth and Benno's eldest daughter, to David
Comins of Passaic, N.J. on Sept. 4.
Other family members present included
Tova and Joel Weinberg of Pittsburgh; Ernie
and Sallie Levi of Teaneck, N.J.; Noah and
Cherie Levi of Southfield; Uriel and Gail Levi
of Long Beach, N.Y.; and Gabe and Anat Levi of Woodmere, N.Y. Also in atten-
dance were a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and
lifelong friends.

at Young Israel of Southfield.
The bride is the daughter of Ruth and
Benno Levi of Oak Park, who celebrated
their 60th wedding anniversary the day
before. The groom is the son of the late
Harold and Miriam Comins of the Bronx,
N.Y.
The bride's son, Ron Tovbin and his wife,
Renee, introduced the couple, who will be
living in Passaic.
