Bashoff-Bordman

arilyn Amy Bashoff and Ethan
Yale Bordman were mar-
ried recently at the Rockleigh
Country Club in Bergen County, N.J. Rabbi
Michael Dick performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Lois and
Allen Bashoff of Airmont, N.Y. The groom
is the son of Arlene and Myron Bordman of
West Bloomfield.
The wedding party included best man
Scott Matasar, friend of the groom; Evan
Bashoff, brother of the bride; Carrie Bashoff,
sister-in-law of the bride; and Rachel Tucker,
sister of the groom.
The bride and groom were proud to celebrate with the bride's 95-year-old
grandfather, Abraham Godfried. Though unable to attend, the groom's grandfa-
ther Benjamin Kaplan, 97, was in everyone's thoughts.
The couple remembered grandparents Beatrice Kaplan, Isabelle and Harold
Bordman, Rita Godfried, and Ruth and Max Bashoff, as well as the bride's aunt
Sylvia Shooman and uncle Martin Bashoff, and the groom's great-aunt Lillian
Lieberman.
Following a honeymoon in Maui and Oahu, the couple reside in Manhattan.
