79, of Bloomfield Hills,
died April 10, 2011.
He is survived by

N.J., Wendy Arons and Michael Perdriel
of Pittsburgh, Pa., William and Lynette
Arons of Chelsea, Eric Arons of San
Francisco; grandchildren, Ruth,
Benjamin, Avalon, Leda, Elijah and
Nicolas; many loving nieces, nephews,
other family members and friends.
Mr. Arons was the devoted brother of
the late Myron Arons.
Interment at Beth El Cemetery in
Livonia. Contributions may be made to
the Lance Armstrong Foundation, to the
National Council of Jewish Women or to
Hospice of Michigan. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

EDITH BLACK, 94, of Farmington Hills,

died April 9, 2011.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Debra and Robert Wohl of
Farmington Hills; grandchildren, Lauren
and Kenny Wohl.
Mrs. Black was the beloved wife of the
late Harold Black; the mother of the late
David Black.
Interment at the Clover Hill Park
Cemetery in Birmingham. Contributions
may be made to a charity of one's
choice. Arrangements by Dorfman
Chapel.

WENDY RAE
POLASKY GOOD, of

Sarasota, Fla., formerly
of Saginaw, died March
24, 2011.
She was born in
Saginaw on Sept.
27, 1951, to Betty
Good
(Goldstone) and Frank
c. 1980
Polasky. Wendy was
a graduate of Arthur
Hill High School and the University of
Michigan, where she earned a degree in
speech pathology.
After working in the Saginaw Public
Schools, she entered the pension field.
As a pension professional, she was
a trust officer and vice president of
the Bay City Bank and Trust, pension
administrator for the 19,000-employee
pension fund of the Sisters of Mercy
Health Organization of Farmington Hills
and a vice president for pension fund
investments for the Heitman Company
of Chicago.
After moving to Sarasota. She entered
synagogue administration, serving as
administrator of Temple Sinai, combin-
ing her love of Judaism and her profes-

sional skills to help lead the temple
in the completion of a new building,
growing the congregation to over 500
members, writing a new liturgy with the
congregation's rabbi and establishing a
Sunday musical series at the temple.
Mrs. Good is survived by her husband
of 28 years, Roy S. Good; her stepchil-
dren, Jeri Dansky of Half Moon Bay,
Calif.; Michael Good (JoAnn Close) of
Los Altos, Calif.; her father and step-
mother, Frank M. and Frumeth Hirsh
Polasky of Saginaw; sister, Dr. Diane H.
Polasky of Albuquerque, N.M.; brother,
William Polasky (Lora) of Owosso,
Mich.; stepbrother, Jonathan Siegel
(Sejin) of Seattle, Wash.; nieces, Leryn
Doggett of Albuquerque, Betty Polasky
of Elkhart, Ind., Lydia Polasky of
Owosso; nephew, Benjamin Polasky of
Topeka, Kan.; aunts, Marianne Smith of
Bay City, Linda Park of Loudon, Tenn.;
uncle, Robert Schiff of Kalamazoo; dear
friend, Nancy Sarosi of Saginaw; former
husband, Malcolm Pike of Saginaw.
She was preceded in death by her
mother, Betty Polasky, and nephew
Zachary Polasky.
Services were held March 25 at
Temple Sinai in Sarasota, with burial
at Temple Sholom Cemetery, also in
Sarasota. Contributions may be made
to Saginaw Jewish Welfare Fund or
Chabad-Lubavitch of Eastern Michigan.

HADESMAN, 80, of

April 5, 2011.
She is survived by

Mrs. Hadesman was the beloved wife
of the late Dr. Donald Hadesman; the
devoted mother of the late Andrew
Hadesman; the loving sister of the late
Harold Holt; dear sister-in-law of the
late Meyer Gordon and the late Evelyn
and the late Harry Hankin.
Interment at Clover Hill Park

YEVA ISAYEVA, died March 31, 2011, at

her home in Southfield with her family

at her side.
She was born on Jan. 21, 1924, in
Kamenetsk-Podolsk, Ukraine, to Simon
Isayev and Eta Lubarskaya. She received
a juris doctor degree from Lvov State
University Law School in 1949 and
practiced law for more than 30 years in
the former Soviet Union until her retire-
ment in 1982.
Her generosity, kind heart, intellect
and energy were inspirations to her
family.
Mrs. Isayeva was preceded in death by
her husband of 52 years, Mark Edelstein,
who practiced law for over 40 years. She
is survived by her son, Simon Edelstein;
grandson, Paul Edelstein; sister, Adel
Zybko; niece, Stella Serebnitskaya; other
relatives around the world.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park in Livonia. Arrangements by
Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

ADAM KIRSZENBAUM, 90, of West

Bloomfield, died April 14, 2011.
He is survived by his daughter,
Norma Stern of Chicago, Ill.; son and
daughter-in-law, Carl and Sue Kirsch
of Southfield; grandchildren, Howard
and Carmen Michael, Jeffrey Stern, Alan
and Carrie Stern, Marci and Josh Cohen,
Bryan Kirsch, and Andy and Christen
Kirsch; great-grandchildren, Madelyn

Cohen and Anderson Kirsch.
Mr. Kirszenbaum was the beloved
husband of the late Sylvia Kirszenbaum;
the loving father-in-law of the late Joel
Stern.
