RUTH FELDMESSER, 89, of
Tamarac, Fla., died Oct. 24, 2010.
She is survived by her daughter
and son-in-law, Beanie and Markus
Rohtbart of Bloomfield Hills;
grandchildren, Amy Goodman,
Ted Goodman and fiance Rebecca
Kunsberg, David and Melissa
Rohtbart, Rhonda and Glenn Kline,
Jan and David Millhauser; many
great-grandchildren; brother and
sister-in-law, Joseph Rosin and
Andrea Michna. Also survived by
dear friend and loving companion
Donna Martino and many loving
nieces and nephews.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Jules Feldmesser; the cherished
daughter of the late Harry and the
late Emma Rosin; and the loving sis-
ter of the late Alexander Rosin.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

ALVIN GARFIELD, 84, of
Southfield, died Oct. 18, 2010.
He was a graduate of Michigan
State University with a degree in
journalism. He managed several
Salvation Army Stores and worked
for the French Foundation for
Alzheimer's Research and National
Alzheimer's Association in Chicago.
Mr. Garfield is survived by his
sister, Charlotte Burnstein; nephews
and nieces, Richard Burnstein, Jim
and Cyndi Burnstein, Jeff and Jayne
Burnstein; great-nephews and nieces,
Gabriel Burnstein, Devin Burnstein-
Slotkin and Steven Slotkin, Jacob
Burnstein, Lily Burnstein and Eliza
Burnstein; great-great-niece Remy
Burnstein. Contributions may be
made to a charity of one's choice.

LEAH GLINTER, 95, of Oak Park,
died Oct. 21, 2010.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Kenneth and
Annette Glinter of Port Orange, Fla.;
daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne
and Keith Kempainen of Oak Park;
five brothers; four sisters; three
grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Glinter was the beloved wife
of the late Joseph Glinter.
Contributions may be made to
Angela Hospice, 14100 Newburgh
Road, Livonia, MI 48154. Services and
interment were held at Machpelah
Cemetery in Ferndale. Arrangements
by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.
