He was the loving grandson of the
late Leo Schwartz and the late Leah
and the late Clarence Goldberg.
Interment at Maphpelah Cemetery.

was deeply involved

Eagle Scout and Silver Beaver award.
He was also a third degree Mason
and past grand master for the State of
Michigan. Mr. Schwartz was an avid
University of Michigan fan and an
honorably discharged United States
Marine.
He is survived by his beloved wife
of 49 years, Barbara Schwartz; daugh-
ters, Kelly (Kristin Johnson) Schwartz
of Ann Arbor, Tracey (Andy) Danuloff
of Dexter, and Erin (Alan) Little
of Ferndale; son, Michael (Nicole)
Schwartz of Ohio; grandchildren,
Ryan Lucchesi, Justin, Kyle, Zachary,
Maxwell, Matthew, Sydnie and Ion;
brother, Sheldon Schwartz of Novi. He
was Dog Dad to Tootsie and Snickers.
Interment at the Temple Israel
Gardens of Beth El Memorial Park in
Livonia. Contributions may be made
to the American Cancer Society, to
the Humane Society of Huron Valley
or the Boy Scouts of America Great
Sauk Trail Council. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.
