The Manager of Small Business Programs is responsible
for the planning, development, implementation and
evaluation for the Chamber's series of small business
programs that provide the benefit of learning,
education, collaboration and networking to chamber
members. Program mix will be a variety of in-person and

marketing department to develop program brand and

Donated Goods Store Assistant Manager

Assist in supervising, training and performance
evaluations for all retail store and production personnel,

ENGINEERING

Program Manager Vehicle Chassis (2658)

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administra-
tion; with a minimum of five years' management or super-
visory experience; or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Minimum five years' project/program
management experience in a vehicle chassis environment
with emphasis in areas such as frame/structures, sus-
pension, steering, brakes, driveline, or vehicle dynamics.
Previous automotive industry experience with an OEM

and/or supplying to OEM or Tier 1 suppliers. Must posses
strong leadership/management skills, be self-motivated
and have the ability to project manage and problem solve.

Engine Development Engineer (2617)

BS degree in mechanical engineering. Expertise in at least
two of the following: engine design, engine development,
bombustion analysis, statistical methods and experiment
design. Minimum 15 years' experience with engine test
design and results evaluation. Proven ability to solve a
variety of engine design problems through test design and
results evaluation. Strong skills and experience in engine
dynamometer testing and familiarity with combustion
analysis.

Design Release Engineer-Powertrain
(1743)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME preferred). 3+ years
of powertrain systems design engineering experience.
Experience with OEM automotive, military or commercial
truck engineering systems and processes. Experience
with production assembly and manufacturing processes,
including launch.

Powertrain Engineer Entry Level (2656)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME preferred). 0-2
years of experience in vehicle powertrain engineering.
A strong desire to learn powertrain component/system
design and development. Must have an excellent driving
record. Able to work independently or in team settings.
Must have excellent organizational skills including
