complex on a beautiful campus in West Bloomfield.

Recommend current and potential participant and/or prod-
ucts that would have a reasonable potential for income
generation consistent with capacity of participants and/or
agency. Research, develop and complete business plans
including researching and summarizing any viable and

Coordinate and complete the intake process, obtaining
and completing necessary documentation. Adopt and/or
develop reinforcements to facilitate transition from class-
room to employment setting. Modify training techniques
and/or environment to accommodate participants'

Group Co Facilitator (2520)

This position is responsible for planning and facilitating
weekly LGBTQ youth group. This includes organizing
community presentations and trainings, field trips and
participating in community events. Also responsible for
supervision of youth and professional interns.

Volunteer Recruitment Specialist (2531)

This position is responsible for the recruitment, place-
ment, and support of the SOS volunteer program. Assist
staff in designing volunteer opportunities within their
specific programs. Develop and sustain relationships with
individuals and leaders within local organizations to
facilitate the recruitment of volunteers.

Clinician-Behavioral Health (After-Hours
Screener) (2552)

Respond immediately to crisis calls after the normal
business hours. Assess the situation, calm down the
person who is in crisis and suggest alternative ways to
respond to the individual in crisis. Ensure the individual is
safe, and stable enough to come to a scheduled
appointment. Document the crisis call in the MIST1CC
system and report the outcome.

Coordinator/Supervisor-Home Based
(2554)

Assist assigned clinicians in providing crisis interven-
tion and assistance to parents and family members for
children who decompensate and may require emergency
psychiatric/medical hospitalization and or intensive crisis
residential placement. Assess and provide client service
management to all clients and their families who are
recipients of mental health services and are in need of
case management services.

Social Service Supervisor (2610)

A bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, social work
or guidance and counseling and four years of experience
as a social service worker in a child care organization.
Two years of the four years of experience shall be in a
child placing agency. To provide direct supervision to all
social service staff, including contract and birth parent
workers. To provide counseling services for prospective
adoptive parents, birth parents and their families. To assist
in the placement decisions for the agency. To review
individualized social service plans.

A master's degree in social work, sociology, psychology,
guidance and counseling, education, business
administration or public administration and two years
experience in a child care institution or child placing
agency. To be responsible for the administration of the
agency and its day to day operations. To establish a fund
raising program and develop the annual budget for the
operation of the agency. This includes obtaining an annual
audit of all financial accounts by an independent certified
public accountant. To be responsible for meeting with the
licensing authority, contact the licensing authority prior
to changing of a licensed program, and to make such
reports to the licensing authority as may be required.

Administrator (2608)

Implements policies and programs approved by the board
of trustees. Works closely with clergy and staff to ensure
cohesive relations and provide quality service in areas
such as human resources, administration and
maintenance.
