• This fast-paced position requires on-call duty one week-
end in three.
• The position is high visibility and must be able to multi-
task while maintaining the best in customer service with
employees, vendors and residents simultaneously.

• The position is responsible to support administrative func-

authorization.
• Collect, track and analyze utilization data.
• Conduct triage assessments to facilitate access to the
most appropriate services.

Director of Quality Management (Social

• Responsible for the development and oversight of the
Quality Management Department.
• Coordination of services between the company and its
network of providers and all quality reporting requirements.
• Performance quality management site reviews for all
levels of providers as well as execute and monitor plans of
corrections.

Placement Specialist (SocialWork) (2459)

• Handles all referrals/requests for housing assistance.
• Includes the clinical assessment of all persons to deter-
mine the appropriate level of care for the persons.

Lead Case Manager (2400)

• Monitor all internal and external processes involved in
reporting, billing and receipt of funding for mental health
services to maximize revenue from all available sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify areas requiring process
improvement.
• Provide training to clinical and case management staff to
ensure that all client services are properly recorded.

• Supervise case-management staff in the implementation
of housing, employment, and finance-related direct-service
programs.
• Perform intakes, psychosocial assessments, goal-
setting and asset/needs assessments with homeless,
at-risk and recently re-housed individuals and families in
Oakland County.
• Participate in local task forces and committees working to
assist the homeless population.

Clinician-Parent & Child Empowerment

• Understanding of how to utilize the DSM-IV.

• Prevent and monitor agency programs and staff in
consumer complaint issues and safeguard the rights of all

consumer complaints and alleged recipient rights violations.
• Monitor HIPAA compliance to safeguard consumer's pri-
vacy, student placement liaison and handle quality-related
