various mitzvah projects, he felt

Allison Honet

Daniel Jacob Honet and Allison
Rose Honet will share the
bimah at Temple Israel in West
Bloomfield on Saturday, June 5, as
they celebrate their b'nai mitzvah.
They are the children of Lauren
and Roger Honet and the siblings
of Emily and Annabelle. Sharing in
the simchah will be proud grand-
parents Andrea and Joel Silberg
and Diana and Joseph Honet.
Daniel and Allison are sev-
enth-graders at Berkshire Middle
School in Birmingham. They each
felt volunteering weekly taking
care of homeless animals and
helping to socialize them before
adoption was a meaningful mitz-
vah experience.
