West Bloomfield. He is the brother
of Jeffrey and the grandchild of Ruth
Maldaver and Virginia and James
McWhorter.
Marc is a student at James R.
Geisler Middle School in Commerce
Township. Among various mitzvah
projects, he felt his involvement in
animal conservation was very mean-
ingful.

from the Torah as
he celebrates his bar
mitzvah Friday, June
4, at Temple Israel
Perlman
in West Bloomfield.
He is the brother of
Blake and Reed and the grandchild
of Linda Rosin, the late Richard
Rosin and the late Alvira and the late
Sanford Perlman.
Chase attends West Hills Middle
School in Bloomfield Hills. Among
his various mitzvah projects, he felt
volunteering at a nursing home and
playing Sorry and Uno with the resi-
dents was especially meaningful.
Chloe Rose Metzger
will be called to the
Torah as a bat mitz-
vah at Temple Beth
El in Bloomfield
Township on June 5.
She is the daughter
of Shelly and Michael

Jake. Proud grand-
parents are Eileen and Gordon Abel

great-grandmother Sybil Hoffman.
Chloe attends Warner Middle
School in Farmington Hills. For her
mitzvah project, she created a blog
about healthy living for kids and
teens called Bloggreen with Chloe
(Bloggreenwithchloe.blogspot.com ).

Bailey is a seventh-grade student
at Norup International School in Oak
Park. Her favorite mitzvah project
was making dolls and blankets for
children through National Council of
Jewish Women.

Amanda attends East Hills Middle
School in Bloomfield Hills. She felt it
as very meaningful to send funds for
a child to go to school in Zhanjiang,
China, as part of her mitzvah experi-
ence.
