aria and Howard Schwartz of
West Bloomfield are delighted to
announce the engagement of their
daughter Erin Renee Schwartz to Brian Scott
Harris, son of Arlene and Ronald Harris of
Northbrook, Ill.
Erin graduated from Emory University
in Atlanta and received her J.D. from Wayne
State University Law School. She currently
works as the senior rules and regulatory out-
reach analyst for CME Group, a derivatives
marketplace.
Brian graduated from Northwestern
University in Illinois and works as manager
in Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital practice, with a specialization in energy,
aerospace and defense. He is also a member of Harris Brothers LLC, a Chicago-
based real estate development-management company focused on green building
design and environmentally sensitive residential renovation projects.
A June wedding is planned in Detroit.

the marriage of their children Holly Benner
and Kevin Schwartz. The wedding ceremony
took place in Galisteo, N.M., at the home
of David Potter and the bride's late mother,
Pamela Mathews, followed by a reception at
the La Fonda Hotel in Santa Fe. The officiant
was Ken Kuhne, a family friend. The cloth
for the chuppah, with Hebrew lettering, was
purchased in Tehran, Iran.
The matron of honor was Elizabeth Cason,
sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included Erin Schwartz, sister of the groom, and
good friends Molly Calhoun, Beezie Dallas, Janet Lewis, Ahsiya Posner, Shelagh
Whitley and Dari Yudoff.
The best man was Frank Sweet. Groomsmen were Andrew Schwartz, brother
of the groom, Tom Benner, brother of the bride, and good friends Sharif
Khaleel, Gobind Sethi, Noam Unger, Samad Alavi, Russell Perkins, Josh Volz
and Patrick Worman.
The couple reside in Washington D.C., and Berkeley, Calif.
