April 10, at Temple Israel in West
Bloomfield. She is the grandchild of
Sheila and Dr. David Lipschutz and
Rene Mandel and the late Thomas
(Tommy) Mandel.
Rachel is a student at Kingswood
Middle School in Bloomfield Hills.
The mitzvah project that was the
most meaningful to her was con-
tributing to the VH1 Save the Music
Foundation, which seeks to restore
instrumental music education pro-
grams in public schools.

School in West Bloomfield. He
felt helping seniors at Fleischman
Residence in West Bloomfield was a
very meaningful mitzvah project.

grandchild of Sylvia

most significant mitzvah project
was fundraising and volunteering
for the Friendship Circle in West
Bloomfield, where he spent time
helping children with special needs.
