96, of Novi, died March
6, 2010.
She is survived by her
son and daughter-in-law,
Joel and Carol Lubin;
grandchildren, Daniel
and Rhonda Lubin,
Perlmutter
Jay and Mary Lubin
and Audrey Lubin; great-grandchildren,
Brandon, Bryan, Brent and Alexis Lubin.
Mrs. Perlmutter was the beloved wife
of the late Al Perlmutter; mother of the
late Ethel Harriet Lubin; sister of the late
Samuel Robiner, the late Dick Robiner,
the late Meyer Robiner, the late Elizabeth
"Betty" Averbuch and the late Sadie Nitchin.
Interment Clover Hill Park Cemetery.

BIAGGIO "MR. BEE" RAGAZZINO, 97,
of Farmington Hills, died Feb. 28, 2010.
He was a co-owner of Minnie's
Lunchenette in the Bronx and was also

a butcher. Mr. Biaggio
was a World War II staff
sergeant in the Marines
and helped build land-
ing areas in the South
Pacific. He was also a
member of the Butcher's
Local 342. Mr. Biaggio
Rochlin
loved playing golf and
was a caddy at age 13. After retirement, he
worked at Woodmont Country Club in Ft.
Lauderdale, Fla.
He is survived by his daughters and
son-in-law, Dr. Myral and Dr. Gerald
Robbins of Huntington Woods, Harriet
Ragazzino of Livonia; grandchildren, Lane
and Jared Robbins; brother and sister-
in-law, Andrew and Annette Ragazzino;
sister-in-law, Gloria Ragazzino.
Mr. Biaggio was the beloved husband
of the late Mildred Naiman Ragazzino;
the loving brother of the late Vincent
Ragazzino, the late Mary Spurdone, the
late Angie Anzalone and the late Arthur
Ragazzino.
Interment at Oakview Cemetery.
