DAVID DASHOW,
84, of Southfield,
died Dec. 9, 2009.
He was a retail
jewelry salesman.
He was a Duncan
Yo-Yo champion in
the 1950s and at
Dashow
the age of 9 won a
bicycle, which he brought home on a
bus. Mr. Dashow bowled with Bloch
Lodge for many years. He also was an
umpire for Softball City.
Mr. Dashow is survived by his
daughters and sons-in-law, Linda
Rothberger of Southfield, Barbara
and Michael Jonas of Bingham
Farms, Risa and Mark Finn of
Southfield; grandchildren, Melanie
Jonas and fiance Travis Wright,
Stacey Jonas, Danny Jonas, Nicole,
Courtney and Joshua Finn and Jason
Shanker.
He was the beloved husband for
58 years of the late Beatrice "Bea"
Dashow; the dear brother of the late
Samuel Dashow and the late Jules
Dashow.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
