Medical Aid For Couples
Zir Chemed (roughly translated as
"Bundle of Joy") was founded to
help thousands of Jewish couples
resolve their infertility issues by rec-
onciling the complex and sometimes
competing demands of science,
Halachah (Jewish law) and human
emotions.
Staffed by specialists and endorsed
by halachic authorities, Zir Chemed
offers medical assistance to Jewish
couples all over the world, with treat-
ment options in Israel.
Funds are raised partially by
"Treats 'n' Trivia" evenings held once
a year for groups of 10. Participants
are asked to pay a $25 donation that
goes to Zir Chemed.
A state-of-the-art diagnostic center in
Jerusalem is planned to better serve Zir
Chemed clients.
The annual worldwide "Treats and
Trivia Night" will take place this year
after Shabbat on Saturday, Dec. 5.
To host a team or to make a donation
to Zir Chemed, visit www.zirchemed.org ,
or call Sandy Loeffler, (248) 547-1541.
