DR. MERVYN B. ROSS,
74, of Scottsdale, Ariz.,
formerly of Farmington
Hills, died Sept. 26, 2009.
He is survived by his
loving children, Amy (Dr.
Larry) Holtzman, Shelley
(Jeffrey) Schonberger,
Ross
Kevin and Alan; four
grandchildren; sisters, Noreen Solomon
and Joan (Dr. Lawrence) Genender, and
their children.
He was the brother-in-law of the late Dr.
A. B. Solomon.
Interment in Scottsdale.

IRVING RUBIN, 96, of West Bloomfield,
died Sept. 29, 2009.
He was a member of the Knights of
Pythias.
Mr. Rubin is survived by his nephew,
Robert S. Rubin of Southfield.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to a char-
ity of one's choice. Arrangements by Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

DOREEN UZANSKY,
73, of Farmington Hills,
died Oct. 3, 2009.
She is survived by
her beloved husband,
Morton Uzansky; son
and daughter-in-law,
Victor
and Lisa Uzansky

of Commerce; grandson,
Benjamin Uzansky; brother-in-law and
sister-in-law, Dr. Jerry and Fran Uzansky;
many loving nieces, nephews, other family
members and friends.
Mrs. Uzansky was the dear sister of
the late Dr. Herbert Zimmerman, the late
Leah Birenbaum and the late Donald
Zimmerman.
Interment at the Clover Hill Park
Cemetery in Birmingham. Contributions
may be made to a charity of one's choice.

DEBORAH WEISSERMAN, 71, of West
Bloomfield, died Oct. 3, 2009. She was
the owner of Deborah's Invitations in
Southfield.
She is survived by her sons and

IRVING WISEMAN, 79, of West
Bloomfield, died Oct. 1, 2009.
He was the owner-operator of the family
business, Sam's Auto Parts, in Flint. Later
in life, he was a teacher in the Detroit
Metropolitan area. He was an active
member in the Jewish Community, volun-
teering at the Jewish Family Service and
Fleishman Residence.

Mr. Wiseman is survived by his wife,
Carol Wiseman; sons and daughter-in-law,
Michael Wiseman of Commerce, William
and Amber Wiseman of Huxley, Iowa;
daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Craig
Barron of Watkinsville, Ga.; grandchildren,
Melissa Wiseman, Elizabeth Wiseman,
Rachel Wiseman, Gabreile Wiseman,
Benjamin Barron, Hannah Barron; broth-
er-in-law and sister-in-law, Sheldon and
Joan Simons of Farmington Hills; many
loving nieces, nephew and friends.
He was the beloved husband of the late
Ilene Joan Wiseman; dear brother of the
late Lee Silberman.
Contributions may be made to Jewish
Family Service, 6555 W. Maple Road,
West Bloomfield, MI 48322; Yad Ezra,
2850 W. 11 Mile Road, Berkley, MI 48072.
