He is survived by his loving children, Amy (Dr. Larry) Holtzman, Shelley (Jeffrey) Schonberger, Ross Kevin and Alan; four grandchildren; sisters, Noreen Solomon and Joan (Dr. Lawrence) Genender, and their children. He was the brother-in-law of the late Dr. A. B. Solomon. Interment in Scottsdale. IRVING RUBIN, 96, of West Bloomfield, died Sept. 29, 2009. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias. Later in life, he was a teacher in the Detroit Metropolitan area. He was an active member in the Jewish Community, volun- teering at the Jewish Family Service and Fleishman Residence.
