B

ernard and Marlene Toft of
West Bloomfield are thrilled to
announce the marriage of their
son Kenneth Mitchell, to Brittany Michelle
Handler, daughter of David and Sharon
Handler of El Dorado Hills, Calif.
Kenneth went to the University of
Michigan for his undergraduate education
and medical school and did his residency
at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif. He
practices facial plastic surgery in Roseville,
Calif.
Brittany went to the University of Iowa in
Iowa City for her undergraduate education
and works in the family business in El Dorado Hills.
Brittany and Kenneth enjoyed a wonderful wedding at Lake Tahoe with
friends and family, and they now reside in Loomis, Calif.

Goldstein-Jacobson

achel Ilyse Jacobson and Joel Avi
Goldstein were recently mar-
ried at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek Southfield. Rabbi Stephen Weiss of
Congregation B'nai Jeshurun in Cleveland,
Ohio, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Linda and
Steve Jacobson of West Bloomfield. The
groom is the son of Val and Stan Goldstein
of Los Angeles, Calif.
Also participating in the ceremony were
the couple's grandparents Bernice Jacobson,
Lou and Sally Soverinslcy, and Irwin and Thea
Goldstein. Arica, Josh and Marni Jacobson
and Elana Goldstein, siblings of the bride and groom, held the chuppah.
Following a honeymoon in Killarney Provincial Park in Ontario, the couple
are living and studying in Jerusalem for the coming year.

tephanie Fein and Marc Lepler were
married recently at the Royal Park
Hotel in Rochester. Rabbi Harold
Loss of Temple Israel in West Bloomfield
officiated.
The couple's parents are Marvin and
Eileen Kaplan and Reva Lepler.
The maid of honor was Jill Daly. The best
man was Scott Lepler. Meredith Daly was
the flower girl and the ushers were Barry
Bressler, Andrew Shultz and Robert Daly.
The couple reside in Commerce, following
a honeymoon in the Western Caribbean.
