"Detroit Our Greatest Generation" is a documentary that
profiles the impact that our fathers, mothers, and
grandparents had on the war effort during World War II.
It is scheduled to air on WDIV-TV4 during the holiday season.
On September 16, we invite you to come to the game and
experience the presence of hundreds, possibly thousands, of
WWII veterans and a wide range of specially planned
activities. If you have a WWII veteran in the family this would
be the night to bring him or her to Comerica Park.
The Detroit Tigers have dedicated their pre-game ceremonies
to salute Michigan's Greatest Generation and at the same
time allow you to help support the making of the film. $2 of
the convenience fee will be donated to help support this film
