in Kalamazoo. She is employed with the

master's degree from Oakland University in

Brian earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-
Champaign and a juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is
employed with the 16th District Court in Livonia.

Toohey, son of Timothy and Margaret
Toohey of Lewiston, N.Y.

Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md. She is
a public affairs consultant.
Mr. Toohey earned a degree at the State
University of New York at Buffalo. He is a

York-based public affairs consulting firm.
A March wedding is planned in Detroit.
