Julie earned a bachelor's degree in
elementary education/early childhood edu-
cation from Western Michigan University
in Kalamazoo. She is employed with the
Waterford School District and is seeking a
master's degree from Oakland University in
Rochester.
Brian earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-
Champaign and a juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is
employed with the 16th District Court in Livonia.
A July 2010 wedding is planned at Lovett Hall in Dearborn.

Mr. Toohey earned a degree at the State
University of New York at Buffalo. He is a

York-based public affairs consulting firm.
