'Guarantees provided by life insurance products are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.

There are risks involved with Annuity Arbitrage that need to be considered such as commissions, fees, expenses, surrender charges, premiums, illiquidity. The differences in methods of pricing
products between the different insurance carriers may not be sufficient for the strategy to be effective. If an annuitant lives beyond his/her life expectancy, payments will continue at the same
dollar value but they become taxable entirely as ordinary income. Any policy withdrawals, loans, and interest will reduce policy values and may reduce benefits or cause the policy to lapse.
