KAPLAN, 51/2,

of Huntington
Woods, died sud-
denly on May 23,
2009.
She was an
Kaplan
adorable, vibrant
little girl, who
enjoyed every minute of her
short life. She was a kindergar-
ten student at William Grace
Elementary School in Farmington
and an active participant in the
Friendship Circle.
Michaela is survived by her
loving parents, Adam Kaplan
and Gabriella Burman; sisters,
Ayelet and Maayan of Huntington
Woods; grandparents, Dr.
Matthew and Estela Burman of
Southfield, and Dr. Gadi Kaplan
of New York City; great-grand-
mother, Lonia Kronenberg of
Coconut Creek, Fla.; aunts, uncles,
cousins and friends who will miss
her very much.
Contributions may be made
in her memory to Aleh Negev, a
residential village in Southern
Israel for Special Needs indi-
viduals, at www.aleh.org .
Interment at Hebrew Memorial
Park. Arrangements by Hebrew
Memorial Chapel.

FREDA MOORE, 88, of San

Francisco, Calif., died May 26,
2009.
She is survived by her son
and daughter-in-law, Samuel
and Sheryl Moore of Oak Park;
daughters, Rosalind Sarah of
Berkeley, Calif., Lois Moore of
Oakland, Calif.; sister, Gertrude
Schnieder of Southfield; grand-
children, Gordon Moore, Jared
Moore, Gabriel (Adi) Benveniste
and Terran (Shawna) Benveniste;
great-grandchildren, Nicholas
and Tallulah.
Mrs. Moore was the beloved
wife of the late Nathan Moore;
sister of the late Ruth Berg and
the late Max Bell.
Interment at Workmen's
Circle Cemetery in Mt. Clemens.
Contributions may be made
to a charity of one's choice.
