Kol Ami in West Bloomfield. Sharing
in the simchah will be grandma
Sandy Rossin of Farmington Hills and
grandparents Richard and Marilyn
Formanek of Osage, Iowa. She also is
the loving granddaughter of the late
Dr. Herbert W. Rossin.
Skye attends West Hills Middle
School in Bloomfield Hills. Among her
mitzvah projects, she enjoys serving
as a madrich (aide) for Sunday school
classes.

with his parents,

Goldstein, and his
sister Megan, will cel-
ebrate his bar mitz-
vah at Temple Israel
Goldstein
in West Bloomfield
Friday, June 5. His
proud grandparents are Diane and Jay
Simons and William Goldstein. He is
also the grandchild of the late Linda
Goldstein.
Brady is a student at West Hills
Middle School in Bloomfield Hills. He
volunteers at a soup kitchen in Detroit
and feels this is a meaningful mitzvah
project.

on the occasion of his
bar mitzvah Friday,
June 5, at Temple
Ishbia
Israel in West
Bloomfield. He is the
grandson of Cheri and Dr. Stewart
Epstein, Darryl Litberg, Renee and
Earl Ishbia and Lois Ishbia. His very
proud great-grandmother is Regina
Polinsky.
Jake attends Geisler Middle School
in Walled Lake. The most mean-
ingful of his mitzvah projects was
fundraising with his cousins for West
Bloomfield's Friendship Circle Walk-4-
Friendship.

Madison Elle Kraus
will lead the congrega-
tion at Temple Israel
in West Bloomfield
Saturday, June 6, as
she celebrates her bat
mitzvah. She is the
daughter of Kimberly
Kraus
and David Kraus and
the sister of AJ, Max
and Bennett. Sharing in the simchah will
be grandmothers Geraldine Kraus and
Christine Skilling. Madison is also the
grandchild of the late Edmund Kraus and
the late Jerry Skilling. She is the great-
grandchild of Esther Kaplan and the
late Morton Kaplan, Florence Yutzey
and the late Raymond Yutzey.
Math attends Warner Middle School in
Farmington Hills. She cut her hair, donat-
ing it to Locks of Love to enable children
with cancer to have wigs and felt this was
a very meaningful mitzvah project.

Moreno, will celebrate
her bat mitzvah at
Temple Israel in
West Bloomfield
Saturday, June 6.
Moreno
She is the sister of
Hannah and the
grandchild of Clarissa Moreno and
Elena Horodniceanu. Sarah is also the
grandchild of the late Fromy Moreno
and the late Sandu Horodniceanu.
Sarah is a student at Birmingham
Covington School. She raised funds
for the Autistic Children's Treatment
Network and felt this was a meaning-
ful mitzvah project.

Max Sandberg (Yidel),
son of Jay Sandberg
and Alissa Goldfaden,
will be called to
the Torah as a bar
mitzvah on Saturday,
June 6, at Adat
Shalom Synagogue
Sandberg
in Farmington Hills.
Sharing in his simchah
will be his brother Alec, sister Madeline,
grandmother Sarah Goldfaden and
many aunts, uncles and cousins. He
is also the grandson of the late Louis
Goldfaden and the late Arthur and the
late Marion Sandberg.
Max is a seventh-grader at
Orchard Lake Middle School in West
Bloomfield. His most meaningful
mitzvah project was volunteering
in the Miracle League through West
Bloomfield-based Friendship Circle.
