Answering

Israel's Critics

The Charge
Former Egyptian ambassador to Israel Mohammed Bassiouni criticized Israel
last week in Alexandria, saying that the Jewish state mistreats Israeli Arabs
and implying that they are excluded from Israeli society.

The Answer
Israel's minority populations enjoy full citizenship, freedom and civil rights.
Cases of discrimination are investigated and prosecuted, if necessary.
