ache and Roy Woolf, former Detroiters
of Bradenton, Fla., will be celebrating
their 50th wedding anniversary in
August. The celebration began the July 4th
weekend in Charlevoix with a party hosted
by Tod and Laura Woolf and continued in
West Bloomfield with a dinner hosted by
DeDe and Jerry Weinberg. The couple are
the proud parents of Kathy and Randy, Tod
and Laura and Scott. They have five wonder-
ful grandchildren, Emily, Sam, Hannah, Jake,
and Max.

rving Rosen of Farmington Hills
and Boynton Beach, Fla., celebrated
his 95th birthday at a gathering of
family and friends at Bentley's Restaurant
in West Bloomfield. He and his wife of
63 years, Jean, were feted at the celebra-
tion, which was hosted by daughters and
sons-in-law, Elaine and Stephen Sturman
of Bloomfield Township and Beth and Bob
Sklar of Farmington Hills. The 82 guests
included dear friends as well as children,
grandchildren and great-grandchildren,
including out-of-towners from four states
plus Washington, D.C.

ernard Zipser of Traverse City
recently celebrated his 90th birth-
day with his adoring family and
wonderful friends at a festive luncheon at
McCormick and Schmick given by his chil-
dren, Michael and Ann Zipser of Northport,
Eliot and Gail Zipser of Waterford and
Howard Zipser and Mary Segal of Arizona.
Sharing in this joyous occasion were his
grandchildren, Rebecca, Chris, Shawn,
Lisa, Emily, Jim, Jessica, Ryan, Stacie, Jason,
Joshua, Justin; great-grandchildren, Baille,
Payton, Mia and Sydney; and many other
loving family members. The celebration con-
tinued with a weekend of activities.
