Lisa Elena to Ben Quarmby, son of John
and Andree-Marie Quarmby of Bangkok,
Thailand. Lisa is also the daughter of the
late William Bagley.
Lisa earned her master's degree at the
London School of Economics and her
law degree cum laude at the University of
Michigan School of Law. She is a staff attor-
ney with Safe Horizon Domestic Violence
Law Project.
Ben earned his law degree at Duke
University School of Law in North Carolina and is a clerk for Judge Garrett E.
Brown Jr. in the District of New Jersey.
The couple reside in New York City. A September wedding is planned in
Cavagnan, France.

ose and Mark Hechler celebrated
their 60th wedding anniversary
on March 13 in Florida with their
children, Ellen Hechler and Andi and Mark
Weiss, and their grandchildren, Amy and
Kevin Weiss, Kim and Scott Weiss. A sur-
prise party was given in Florida attended by
their friends that reside in Florida. The cele-
bration continued in Michigan on Memorial
Day, including a ceremony performed by
Rabbi Harold Loss of Temple Israel in West
Bloomfield in which the couple renewed
their vows.
