Service of Metropolitan Detroit.
The election
and installa-
tion of Danto
and other JFS
officers will
take place at
the JFS annual
meeting, set
for 7 p.m.
Sandy Danto
Tuesday, June
3, at the Jewish Community
Center in West Bloomfield.
Also nominated to the JFS
executive committee are Lorne
Gold, Susan Leemaster and
Mark Milgrom, vice presidents;
Stephen Harris, secretary; Keith
Lublin, treasurer; and Wendy
Eisenshtadt, Jack Kaufman,
Janisse Nagel and Jennifer
Silverman, members at large.
Terran Leemis will serve on the
executive committee as immedi-
ate past president and nominat-
ing committee chair.
Nominated to first terms on
the JFS board are Dr. Richard
Frank, Mandy Friedenberg, Dr.
Jennifer Lerner Friedman and
Gail Hennes.
Nominated for renewed terms
are Margaret Demant, Jonathan
Frank, Jack Kaufman, Keith
Lublin and Mark Milgrom.
The evening, co-chaired by
Diane Orley and Judy Stern,
will begin with a dessert recep-
tion and will include a keynote
address by Rabbi Irwin Kula,
"Yearning to Serve: The Practice
of Caring."
With offices in West
Bloomfield and Oak Park, Jewish
Family Service provides social
and mental health services to
adults, children and families.
The annual meeting is open
to the public, and there is no
