Fighter Jets Under Scrutiny
Two additional Israeli F-16i fighter jets
have been found to have unusually high
concentrations of carcinogenic material,
the IAF revealed early Tuesday morning.
This raises to three the number of total
planes that have been found contain high
concentrations of the material.
A week-and-a-half ago, IAF chief Maj.-
Gen. Elazar Shkedy decided to ground all
F-16i training flights after formaldehyde
was found in the cockpit of one of the
aircraft. Shkedy made the decision to sus-
pend training flights (the plane will con-
tinue to be used in necessary operations)
after a number of pilots complained of a
bad smell coming from the cockpit of one
of the planes.

When the phone rings at The Ira Kaufman Chapel, it might
be a request for the day and time of a service, shiva
information and directions, or an inquiry regarding where to
send contributions in memory of a loved one.

It might also be a family member advising us of the death of
a loved one.

That is why—for nearly 70 years—The Ira Kaufman Chapel
has chosen NOT to have an answering service come
between you and your call.
