LINDA MICHELE
RUB1N-ALTMAN

Our family wishes to express our deep appreciation
and sincere thanks for your generosity, kindness and support.

Linda is sadly missed but never
forgotten in our hearts.

ARNOLD A. TAYLOR, 88, formerly of Bay
City, died March 5, 2008, at Kivel Campus
of Care, Phoenix, Ariz.
He was born in Chicago. Mr. Taylor
owned 20th Century Cleaners in Bay
City, was principal violist of Saginaw
Symphony and a music teacher in Saginaw
Township.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth
(Asatinsky); sons, Stewart (Karen) of
Israel; Mark (Terry) of Niles, Ill.; daugh-
ter, Elizabeth (Sheldon Watnick) of West
Bloomfield and Boynton Beach, FIa;
eight grandchildren; nine great-grand-
children.
He was the beloved son of the late
Abraham and the late Rebecca; brother of
the late Jeanette (Lou Diamond) and the
late Ruth (Sig Irgang).
Graveside services were held in Sun City,
Ariz.

SOPHIE ZELDA WELNER, 86, of
Montreal, Canada, died March 12, 2008.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Hedda and William Panzer of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Jessica
and Robert Fink, Larry Benenson, Lorie
and Pat Bayliff and Darlene and Mike
Kavanaugh; great-grandchildren, Kristin
(Daniel), Ryan, Brittany, Brandon, Justin,
Jordyn and Jake.
Mrs. Weiner was the beloved mother of
the late Zalman "Bob" Kaufman; she was
predeceased by three brothers. She will be
sadly missed by all who knew her.
Services and interment in Montreal.
Contributions may be made to a charity of
one's choice. This notice was placed at the
request of the family by Dorman Chapel.

Correction
• The obituary for Lorraine Schwartz
(March 13) should have indicated that she
was also survived by brothers-in-law and
sisters-in-law, Al and Frances Schwartz,
Robert and Betty Schwartz.
