Nicole is a student at Cass Jr. High in
Darien, Ill. She volunteered at the West
Bloomfield-based Friendship Circle as
apart of her mitzvah project and found it
to be a very fulfilling mitzvah.

Eitan Adelson Kalmowitz, son of Anne
Adelson and Carey Kalmowitz and brother
of Ezra, will lead the congregation at
Temple Israel in West Bloomfield Friday,
Sept. 28, as he celebrates his bar mitzvah.

Lauren attends West Hills Middle

meaningful mitzvah project involved cut-
ting 17 inches of her hair and donating it
to Locks of Love.
