azel and Robert Karbel of
Huntington Woods are delighted
to announce the engagement
of their daughter Tracy Celia to Adam Seth
Weiskind, son of Hyla and Ray Weiskind of
Dayton, Ohio.
Tracy earned her bachelor of fine arts
from Wayne State University, Detroit, and
her master's of library science from the
University of Indiana in Bloomington. She
is employed as a children's librarian in
the Chicago Public Library System, Vodak
Branch.
Adam received his bachelor of science
degree in graphic design from the University of Cincinnati. He is employed by
the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning.
A March wedding will be held in Michigan.

Hellman 50th
B
ill and Phyllis Hellman of
Commerce Township celebrated
their 50th anniversary this sum-
mer. They were married on Aug. 24, 1957, in
New York City. A week-long celebration took
place on Amelia Island Plantation in Florida
with their children and grandchildren, Ed
and Laura Hellman, Daniel and Natalie,
Robyn and Jeff Margolis, Erin and Andrew.
Another celebration took place in New
Jersey with siblings Gloria and Paul and
their families.

50th wedding anniversary. They will
