The couple's two sons, Bill and Jack Schulman, still run the camp, which is
now just for girls.
"Everyone who went there had a certain connection;' Lis explained. "We
shared the same songs and activities, and we all have such fond feelings. There
was a lot of energy and excitement bringing people back together:'
The evening's activities included many camp favorites; a talent show, sing-
along, campfire, cookout, s'mores and more. The songs, smiles and camaraderie
brought participants back in time.
"It's kind of stunning to see people who were little kids and now they're par-
ents and grandparents," Driker said. "Jack Schulman is almost 60 years old now
I was his counselor when he was 5. It's all caught up to us — but I remember
those days at camp like they were yesterday"
