Madelon & Lou Seligman and Family as Lenny and Denise Lewis with Iris Schurgin Eckhous and Jeremy Eckhous, all of West Bloomfield were loved by their students and campers." The couple's two sons, Bill and Jack Schulman, still run the camp, which is now just for girls. "Everyone who went there had a certain connection;' Lis explained. "We shared the same songs and activities, and we all have such fond feelings. There was a lot of energy and excitement bringing people back together:' The evening's activities included many camp favorites; a talent show, sing- along, campfire, cookout, s'mores and more. The songs, smiles and camaraderie brought participants back in time. "It's kind of stunning to see people who were little kids and now they're par- ents and grandparents," Driker said. "Jack Schulman is almost 60 years old now I was his counselor when he was 5. It's all caught up to us — but I remember those days at camp like they were yesterday" • 1 May the coming year be filled with health, happiness and prosperity for all our family and friends.
