died July 31, 2007.

Heather Shenkman, Kevin and Mary
Ruth Shenkman; great-granddaughter,
Samantha Shenkman.
Mrs. Pryor was the beloved wife of the
late Samuel Pryor.

LENA RICHTER, 99, of Royal Oak, died
July 31, 2007.
She is survived by her daughters and

DOROTHY ROBERTS, 83, died July 30,
2007.
She is survived by her husband,
Barney Roberts; children Lori and
David Liner; Barbara and Steven Scherr;
grandchildren Michael Liner and Danny
Liner; many other loving family mem-
bers and friends.
She was predeceased by beloved sib-
lings Sid, Bennie, Lou, Ceil and Faye.
Services were held at Hebrew
Memorial Chapel with interment at
Machpelah Cemetery.

LOUIS SARKO, 92, of Reseda, Calif, for-
merly of Detroit, died Aug. 1, 2007.
He is survived by his daughters and
son-in-law, Arline and Mickey Zide,
Sandra Marko; sons and daughters-in-
law, Alan and Gwen Sarko, Leonard and
Karen Sarko; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-

grandchildren; sister, Fran Adler; broth-
ers and sisters-in-law, Harold and Mary
Sarko, Manny and Elaine Sarko.
Mr. Sarko was the beloved husband of
the late Bessie Sarko.

was also a member of the Construction
Association of Michigan. He was a veter-
an of World War II, serving in the Army
Medical Corps.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years,
Linda Selman of West Bloomfield; chil-
dren, Arthur Selman, Daniel Selman,
Harry and Joanne Pollack and Reid
Pollack; grandchildren, Leah and Jeremy
Selman, Hannah and Rebecca Pollack.
Mr. Selman was the beloved son of
the late Yetta and the late Arthur Selman;
loving brother of the late Adeline
Ephraim.
