Author Gila Manolson will speak on "Raising
Spiritual Children" 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb.
10, at the Aish Huntington Woods' "Shabbat
For Kids!" program. All are welcome.
The weekly program, held at 13337
Sherwood in Huntington Woods, offers fami-
lies an opportunity to spend time together
in a meaningful way during the last couple
hours of Shabbat each week. Volunteers are
on hand to teach and inspire the younger
crowd, while the adults relax and enjoy the
end of Shabbat in a comfortable, non-for-
mal environment. Starting with a Seudah
Shilishit meal and followed by the singing of
Shabbat songs and Havdalah blessings, the
program caters both to young and old.
Manolson also will be the guest speaker at a Shabbaton hosted by Aish this weekend. For
information, go to www.aishinthewoods.com .
To learn more about the Aish Huntington Woods Shabbat afternoon program call Rabbi Simcha
Tolwin, (248) 327-3579, or e-mail him at simchat@aish.com . The time varies from week to week,
with a start time two hours before the conclusion of Shabbat.
