Bloomfield, died Jan. 21, 2007.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Ethel Kroopnick; son and daughter-
in-law, Rick and Ellen Kroopnick of

in-law, Ellen and Gary Keys of New
Boston, Mich.; grandchildren, Aaron
Keys, Jessica Keys, Robert Keys, Jared
Kroopnick and Michael Kroopnick;
sister-in-law, Esther Kroopnick; many
other loving family members and
friends.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial

KUTLOV, 88, of

Southfield, died
Jan. 17, 2007. A
substitute teacher
in the Detroit
Public Schools,
she also taught
Kutlov
Yoga. She was a
past officer and
active member of Hadassah, Jewish
Community Council and a mem-
ber of Women of Wayne and Yoga
Teachers Association.
Mrs. Kutlov is survived by daugh-
ters and a son-in-law, Carol and Rami
Armon of Israel, Elizabeth Kelman of
Huntington Woods; grandchildren,
Oren, Eyal, Guy, Dana and Gil Armon,
Daniel and David Levin; sister-in-
law, Sarah Rosenberg; nieces and
nephews, Deena and Ernie Harburg,
Daniel and Rebecca Rosenberg;
great-nephew, Ben Harburg.
She was the beloved wife for 62
years of the late Abraham Kutlov;
dear mother-in-law of the late
Stephen Kelman; cherished sister of
the late Professor Bernard Rosenberg.
Interment at Oakview Cemetery.

He was an
attorney
and a

member of Tulsa
Oil. He was also a former mayor of
Farmington Hills, a key figure in
Farmington Township's incorporation
into becoming the city of Farmington
Hills, a longtime supporter of the
Farmington Public Library, was
nationally known and involved in
energy policy and spoke numerous
times before Congress.
Mr. Lichtman is survived by his
wife, Naomi Lichtman; daughters and
sons-in-law, Nancy and Bob Mills of
Florida, Susan and Jerry Huffman of
Georgia; son and daughter-in-law,
Lawrence and Holly Lichtman of
Northville; grandchildren, Stephen
and Kim Manasco, Laura and Greg
Packer, David and Amy Huffman,
Christian Huffman, Kimberly and
Mike Newman, Rachel and Todd
Kenyon, Jason and Lisa Lichtman,
Nathan and Megan Lichtman,
Lindsay, Anna and Charlotte
Lichtman; great-grandchildren,
Spencer, Madison, Bennett, Daryn,
Tyler, Kendall, Callie, Mia, Cade,
Trent, Alex, Danny, Sydney, Davis,
Becca and Jake; sisters-in-law and
brother-in-law, Norma Lichtman,

He was the loving father of the late
Daniel Lichtman; dear brother-in-law
of the late Robert Lichtman and the
late Gary Lichtman.
