2007.
He is survived by beloved

of Berkley; grandson, Joshua
Garvin; nephews and many other
loving family members.

DR. LLOYD PAUL, 78, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 18, 2007.
He is survived by his wife,

MILTON TYNER, 83, of
Southfield, died Jan. 19, 2007.
He owned Checker BBQ, which
was founded by his father, the
late Aaron Tyner.
A World War II Army veteran,
Mr. Tyner served at the Battle of
the Bulge and received a Bronze
Star. He was a member of Jewish
War Veterans.
He is survived by his wife of 62
years, Phyllis Tyner of Southfield;
children, Dr. Lawrence and
Elayne Tyner of Ann Arbor,
Linda Tyner of Irvine, Calif.;
grandchildren, Emily Tyner and
Andrew Tyner; sister, Marcia
Meyerson of Louisiana; brother-
in-law and sister-in-law, Herbert
and Nancy Fine.
He was the beloved brother of
the late Leonard Tyner.
Interment at Clover Hill Park

MALCOLM WAULDRON,
67, formerly of Detroit, died in
Ukiah, Calif., Dec. 21, 2006.
He is survived by a sister and
the many friends he made during
his early years in Detroit; his life
in Honolulu, building beautiful
boats; and sailing throughout
the world as an adventurer and
explorer.
His former wife, Linda, their
son and daughter, and his young-
er brother, Jerry, pre-deceased
Malcolm.
This was placed in his memory
by Marilyn and Peter Werbe.
PHILIP SEYMOUR WEISS,
67, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of
Detroit, died Jan. 4, 2007.
He was very active and gen-
erous within the Jewish deaf
community. In his last year, even
though he was very ill, it was his
dream to go to Israel and he did;
he planted trees in honor of his
late wife.
He will be sadly missed by
his brother, Karl of Bloomfield;
brother-in-law, Robert Siegel of
California; sister-in-law, Elaine
Weiss of Oak Park; nieces, neph-
ews and cousins.
His beloved wife, Barbara, his
soul mate, preceded him in death
in 2005.
