Hills, died June 25, 2006. Since 1964, he
was a teacher of mathematics and statis-
tics at Berkley High School and CASA.
Mr. Parnes is survived by his beloved

Parnes (fiancée, Dr. Paige Wickner) of

LESLIE MARK PINES, 59, of
Flushing, Mich., died July 1, 2006. A
retired vice president of Pines Investment
Company, Mr. Pines was an Air Force vet-
eran and a volunteer with the Oak Park
Police Department.

He is survived by his daughter and
son in law, Sherylanne and Patrick Kelley
of Berkley; son and daughter-in-law, Gus
and Kelly Pines of Flushing; grandchil-
dren, Jacob, Joshua, Joseph and Sadye
Kelley, Brennan Pines; father, Ted Pines of
West Bloomfield; brothers and sisters-in-
law, Barry and Pat Pines, Lee and Andrea
Pines; former wife, Annette Pines-Perez
of Farmington Hills. He was the beloved

son-in-law, Phyllis and Harvey Yates of
Birmingham; grandchildren, Beth Yates,
