he and his wife
returned to Detroit,
where he then earned

Institute of Technology. He entered law
school at Detroit College of Law and
then transferred to the University of
Miami and began a career in the field of
claims and insurance with Allstate. He
was later hired by the Hertz Corp. as
regional claims manager for the south-
ern District in the U.S.
Mr. Dressler is survived by his wife,
Ellen; children, Andrew and Sharon
Dressler, Melanie and Dr. Mitchell
Maulfair; grandchildren; Eva, Alexis,
Matthew, Eli and Adam; sister, Shirley
(Dressler) Sikov of Washington; sisters-
in-law, Lindy (Lightstone) Konikow of
Bradenton, Fla., Beverly (Lightstone)
Eiges of New York. He was the son of
the late Louis and the late Fannie
Dressler; brother-in-law of the late Dr.
Zalman "Tiny" Konikow and the late Dr.
Melvin Sikov.
Interment at Mt. Nebo/Kendall
Memorial Gardens. In attendance were
honor guards from the U.S.Coast
Guard.
ARNOLD FAUDMAN, 78, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 16, 2006. A veter-

the U.S. Army
Airforce, Mr.
Faudman became a
pharmacist. He was a
past president of Gala
Industries, a past
president of Arnold
Drugs and a past vice
president of Borthan Food. In addition,
he was a member of Rho Pi Phi,
Aescalupians, Young Presidents
Association. Mr. Faudman was also past
president.of Jewish Family Services in
Michigan and the Clown Club of
America. A past board member of
Oldsmoblie Museum in Lansing, he
was a guide at the Chrysler Museum
and a Saar El Volunteer.
He is survived by his wife, Rita
Faudman of West Bloomfield; daughters
and sons-in-law, Carol and Mark
Antman of Sullivans Island, S.C.,
Barbara and Steven Wolk of
Farmington Hills, Lila and Robert
Trussler of Sullivans Island, S.C.; sons,
David Faudman of Larkspur, Calif., and
Brian Faudman of Charlestown, S.C.;
grandchildren, Natanya and Lake
O'Donnell, Philip Antman, Shayna and
Jay Wolk, Hanna Trussler, Lucas
Faudman; brothers, Steven Faudman
and Edmund Faudman. Mr. Faudman
was the beloved grandfather of the late
Andrew Trussler.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park

died Jan. 15, 2006.
She is survived by her husband,

SHIRLEY ROSE GLICKER, 82, of
Southfield, died Jan. 17, 2006. A retired
registered nurse, Mrs. Glicker was a

organizer of a book club.
