Nicole Grace Marie Mieczkowski is a bright, beautiful 15 year old girl who is in need of a
Kidney Transplant. She was born with Dysplastic Kidney Disease, but it was not discovered
until this past April when she fell ill. Nicki was then diagnosed with Chronic Renal
Insufficiency (Total Kidney Failure). Nicki wants to be a veterinarian, loves to dance and
hang out with her friends, and has always wanted to go to Colorado to see the mountain-
scape. Both of her parents, Jim and Shawn have been a part of our family here at Herald
Wholesale for many years. A portion of all new merchandise sales made that day will be
donated to the Nicole Mieczkowski Medical Relief Fund. In addition, there will be a good
old fashioned bake sale that Nicki will assist with, door prizes, 15 minute massages from a
professional massage therapist, 50/50 raffles, and hourly drawings with prizes such as Bronze
Entry Door Hardware from Double-Hill Hardware, Bathroom Accessories, a Mico Kitchen
Faucet, Stone Care Cleaning products, and a GRAND PRIZE of an AMERICH WHIRLPOOL
TUB! There will be a silent auction for items such as a Granite Farmhouse Kitchen sink
which have been donated by some very generous sponsors. All proceeds will be donated to
Nicki's trust fund. There will be movies playing all day in our new Lego Play Place.
Please come and support Nicki and her family.
