Sept. 16-17 as Adat Shalom Synagogue host-
ed the first of its monthly SYNergy programs for
Shabbat.
From speakers to music, from dinners to nature
walks, from traditional services to songfests and ice
cream, the congregation provided a variety of activ-
ities to expand Shabbat, make it more inclusive,
comfortable and meaningful for all ages.

Friday evening's activities begin
at 5:30 p.m. with Shabbat
Shaboom. At 6 p.m., Minchah will
be followed by the Shabbat Rocks
service, featuring Rabbi Nevins on
drums and Adat Shalom Music
