of Farmington Hills and
Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon
Shuchman of Medina are pleased to
announce the engagement of their
children Holli Beth and Jeffrey David.
Holli will begin working toward
her bachelor's degree this winter at
Oakland University in the Human
Resources Development Program. She
works for Southfield-based JVS.
Jeff earned his master of business
administration degree from Walsh
College in Troy and works at General
Motors.
The wedding is planned for
September at the Dearborn Inn.

ilton and Beverly Dunn of
Commerce Township will
celebrate their 50th wed-
ding anniversary Sept. 4. Their loving
children, Steve and Shelley Dunn of
Israel, Sue and Bruce Fershtman and
Marsha and Bill Harris, along with
grandchildren, Moshe, Elana, Becky
and Chava Dunn, Jordan, Danny and
Leah Fershtman, Patrick and Alex
Harris, joined for a special dinner
with other family members to mark
the happy occasion. The couple will
enjoy a Niagara Falls getaway for their
second honeymoon.

GARFINKLE 50TH

ue and Marty Garfinkle of
West Bloomfield will celebrate
their 50th wedding anniversary
on Sept. 11. Their loving children,
Cindy and Mike Gersten and Lisa and
Larry Garfinkle, and adoring grand-
children, Dana Gersten and fiance,
Freddy Hortick, Jordan Gersten,
Rachael, Adam and Jenny Garfinkle,
will join to mark this joyous occasion
along with friends and relatives at
Maggiano's Little Italy in Troy. A
Caribbean cruise in December will
continue the celebration.

Lorne Brian Gold were mar-
ried in the gardens at
Temple Israel. Rabbi Harold Loss,
Rabbi Dannel Schwartz and Rabbis
Lauren and Jonathan Berkun offici-
ated.
Gayle, the daughter of Beverly
and Fred Apel and Harry Friedman,
and Lorne, the son of Francine and
Edward Gold, were blessed to have
family and friends from near and far
to share in their celebration.
The maid of honor was Isabel
Friedenzohn. Robert Fink and Jason
Kofender were the best men.
Bridesmaids included Allison
Abrahamson, Jennifer DiGianni,
Lisa Entin, Heather Locaputo,
Karen Stillman and Amy Lauer.
Groomsmen included Andrew Echt,
Steve Jasgur and Nate Stillman. The
bride's nephew Aaron Friedman was
the ring bearer.

achel Raimi of Oak Park is
proud to announce the mar-
riage of her grandson Moav
to Sivan Nussbaum of Yokneam,
Israel. The wedding was held at
Olga Beach in Hadera, Israel.
Moav is the son of Gerald Raimi
of Kibbutz Beit Hashita, Israel, and
the late Ruthy Raimi. He is the
grandson of the late Meyer Raimi.
Sivan is the daughter of Daniel and
Alumit Nussbaum of Yokneam,
Israel.
Moav attends college in Hungary
and is studying for a career in den-
tistry. Sivan is attending college in
Israel for business consulting.
The couple will reside in
Yokneam.

Star Trax Corporate Events in
Southfield and Lorne is a family law
attorney in Bloomfield Hills.
Following a honeymoon in Italy,
the couple reside in Huntington
Woods.
