JEAN GROSSMAN, 94, of Kalamazoo,
died May 30, 2005. She was born in
Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the daugh-
ter of the late Max
and Rose (Kossey)
Rocklin. She was a
longtime member of
the Congregation of
Moses.
On March 12,
1933, she married
Meyer Lebowitz in
Detroit, who died
Gilmore
in 1957. Later, she
married Leon
Grossman, who
died in 1994.
Mrs. Grossman is survived by her
children, Fred Lebowitz of Novi,
Leonard (Barbara) Lebowitz of Paw Paw;
grandchildren, Michelle (Stephen)
Schlussel of West Bloomfield, Steven
Lebowitz of New York City; great-
grandchildren, Adam, Noah and
Amanda Schlussel; sister, Rita (Seymour)
Knapp of Boca Rotan, Fla. She was the
sister of the late Joseph Rocklin, the late
Ann Rocklin, the late Shirley Seel, the
late Lillian Hyman; mother-in-law of
the late Ainsley Lebowitz.
Services were at Langeland Family
Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel in
Kalamazoo. Interment at Jewish
Riverside Cemetery. Contributions may
be made to Congregation of Moses
(Kalamazoo) - Rabbi's Discretionary
Fund.

ISABELIF, HARELIK, 88, of
Farmington Hills, died May 28, 2005.
She is survived by her son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Joel and Candace Harelik of
Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; daughters and sons-
in-law, Eileen and Allan Zumberg of
Farmington Hills, Sandra and Arthur
Foster of Farmington Hills; sister, Anne
Pasick of Oak Park; grandchildren, Marc
(Lisa) Zumberg, Scott (Moira)
Zumberg, Cheryl (Chuck) Bludworth,
Michael Foster, Paul (Racheal) Harelik
and Brian Harelik; great-grandchildren,
Jake, Rachel, Benjamin, Erin, Colin, Ivie
and Alex. She was the dear sister of the
late Gabriel Kilberg.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to Hospice of Michigan, 400 Mack
Ave., Detroit, MI 48201 or to a chari-
ty of one's choice. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.
