Chase home is excited big sister Bailey
Rose. Sharing in their happiness are
loving grandparents Gretchen
Roubeck Gourwitz and Susan Shay.
Chase is also the grandson of the late
Dr. William Roubeck and the great-
grandson of Regina Rose Snyder.
Chase Ryan is named in loving mem-
ory of his paternal grandfather Robert
Shay and his maternal great-grandfa-
ther George Snyder.

Amy is a seventh-grade student at
I. Weiner Middle School. Her mitz-
vah project involved conducting
bake sales to raise money to purchase
stuffed animals to donate to the
emergency room patients at Texas
Children's Hospital. Amy is donating
a portion of her monetary gifts to
the Juvenile Diabetes Research
Foundation and the Stop ALD
Foundation.

their son, Morgan Joshua (Chayim

Lauren Rachel Goldstein will be
called to the Torah as a bat mitzvah
Saturday, April 2, at Adat Shalom
Synagogue. She is the daughter of
Shari and Albert
Goldstein and sister
of Michael. Proud
grandparents are
Beverly and Robert
Rosenfeld and Regina
Goldstein, all of West
Bloomfield. She is
also the granddaugh-
ter of the late Reuven Goldstein.
Lauren is a seventh-grade student
at Hillel Day School of Metropolitan
Detroit in Farmington Hills. For her
mitzvah projects, she enjoyed assist-
ing in the Housing the Homeless
program at Adat Shalom and work-
ing with residents at Fleischman
Residence in West Bloomfield, bak-
ing cookies. She also participated in
the Dor L'Dor and JARC programs
through Hillel. She is planning to
donate some of her bat mitzvah
money to breast cancer research.
