"All the rooms we use in the
morning face east," Scott said. "And
the rooms we use at the end of the
day, like the family room, have sun
at the end of the day."
Large, glass block windows allow
light into the 1,100-square-foot
lower level.
Constantly thinking ahead as to
what can be done next to enhance
their home, Rae calls it "a work in
progress." But everything the cou-
ple has done so far has been done
together and will continue to be.
"Rae is not an interior designer
by training, but she has worked
with a contract furniture dealer-
ship selling corporate furniture,"
Scott said. "And she's got a really
good eye. Our tastes are identical,
so it was very easy — and fun —
to do this." ❑
