Jennifer Mollie Lederman will cele-
brate her bat mitzvah Friday, Nov. 26,
at Temple Israel. Her parents are
Sheryl and Ronald Lederman and her
sisters are Nicole
and Meghan.
Sharing the sim-
chah will be her
grandparents
Charlotte Rose and
Sheila and Martin
Lederman. She is
also the grandchild
of the late Morris
Rose.
Jennifer is an honor student at
Orchard Lake Middle School in West
Bloomfield. Her mitzvah projects
included helping to fit bicycle helmets
for children at Birmingham's Bicycle
Helmet Safety Day and working with
animals at Adopt-a-Pet.
Amanda Rose Leff will become a bat
mitzvah at Congregation Beth
Shalom when she is called to the
Torah during Havdalah services
Saturday, Nov. 27. She is the daughter
of Sue and Gordy Leff and sister of
Arica and Maggie. Proud grandmoth-
ers are Erma Mazer and Barbara Leff.
Amanda is also the granddaughter of
the late Albert
"Obbie" Snow, the
late Miles Mazer
and the late Saul
Leff.
Amanda is an
eighth-grade honor
student at Warner
Middle School in
Farmington Hills,
who loves animals
and enjoys volunteering time with a
local animal rescue group.

engagement of their children Rebecca
Satovsky Rubin and Michael Louis
Schostak.
Becca and Michael are graduates of
the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Becca graduated cum laude in nursing
and is working at Beaumont Hospital.
Michael is enrolled at Wayne State
University Medical School in Detroit,
where he plans to earn his medical
degree and a master's in business admin-
istration. A November 2005 wedding is
planned at Temple Israel.
Drew Oliver Nemer (Yehudah Eitan)
of Bloomfield Hills will celebrate his
bar mitzvah on Saturday, Nov. 27, at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek
Southfield. He is the son of Rosalind
and Larry Nemer and the brother of
Daniel. His proud grandparents are
Max and Trude Lumelsky, Ilene
Nemer and Milford
and Barbara
Nemer.
Drew is a double
honor student at
Hillel Day School
of Metropolitan
Detroit in
Farmington Hills.
For his mitzvah
projects, he volun-
teered at Yad Ezra in Berkley and at
Shaarey Zedek and donated funds to
Seeds of Peace.

Southfield. He is

Jared is an honor student at Walled
