People love to flock to where the weather suits their clothes.
That's why THE FOUNTAINS has created Seasonal Choices, a
program that allows residents to split their time any way they
prefer between sunny Florida and temperate Michigan.

"Larry Rockind
(of Larry Michael

of Keego Harbor)
was amazing as the
architect. He had a
.true and deep inter-
est in the project
that went beyond
professional inter-
est," Berman said.
The entire proj-
ect vas done so well
and we are so proud of our newly
renovated surroundings," Rabbi
Dobrusin said. "It is truly a cause for
a Shehechiyanzi for the renewed ener-
gy and joy it gives us all and the
renewed spirit it gives to everything
we do." Li

Phase Two — not yet begun —
will include replacement of curbing
and repaving of the parking lot and
drive-up area. "There will be a refur-
bishing of the religious school in a
very exciting and
lively way," Berman
said.
This phase is
expected to be com-
pleted this summer.
"After more than
five years of talking,
calking and plan-
ning, completion of
the first phase of
renovation was met
with widespread joy
and excitement,"
Berman said. "People
really liked the reno-
vation because it
greatly enhanced the
functionality of the
building but did not
change the feel or
character of the
building that members loved and
wanted to retain.
"Members were pleasantly s ur-
prised that the building was com-
pleted on time, on budget and in
keeping with the ideas of most."
